Which is caused by standing or sitting for a long time. Some yoga asanas work wonders for women or men facing this. In the next slides, we will share some yoga asanas for back pain relief.
Bhujangasan (Cobra Pose)
Bhujangasan (Cobra Pose) is very effective in getting relief from back pain. Lie on your stomach on the floor with your palms near your shoulders, resembling a snake’s pose. Keep your legs together and lift your upper body slowly while keeping your forehead on the ground. Take a deep breath while lifting the upper part of your body upwards. Keep both hands straight. Stay in this posture for about 15-20 seconds. Return to a normal posture while exhaling.
Salbhashan (Locust Pose)
The Locust Pose is also performed lying on your stomach. Place your palms under your thighs on the mat. Join both feet and keep your toes straight. Slowly try to lift your feet upwards while taking a deep breath. Raise both legs upward or take a deep breath. Hold this position for a few seconds, then lower your legs while exhaling.
Ustrasana (Camel Pose)
To do the Camel Pose, start by kneeling. Keep your knees wide as your shoulders and place your feet flat on the ground. Slowly bend your spine backward and try to touch your ankles with your hands. Be mindful not to put too much pressure on your neck in this posture. Maintain a straight line from your waist to your knees. Take deep breaths. Return to your normal posture after holding the position for some time.
Remember to practice these three poses regularly. Doing these yoga poses for five minutes daily you will show quick benefits. Not only will you get rid of back pain, but you will also take relief from any other physical issues.”
